Support - Setup Outlook 2003 as your Email Client

To setup Outlook 2003 you will need following values during process.

Your Email Address: yourname@yourdomain.com
Your Email Password: Please use the password supplied by Positive E Solutions Inc.

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
The outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires authentication and will communicate on Port: 587

Note: Please replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain. Your domain might have a different ending (.com, .ca, .net, .org) please use accordingly.

1. Open the Outlook 2003 mail application. Click on the "Tools" drop down menu and select "E-Mail Accounts". If it is your first time opening Outlook 2003 you might see a window like in Step 3. If this is the case you can skip Step 1 and Step 2.

2. Select "Add a new e-mail account" and click "Next" to continue.

3. Please select "POP3" and click "Next" to continue.

4. Please enter the values into the appropriate fields. Please make sure you are using the password supplied by PES Inc. and "Remember Password" is checked. Please click "More Settings" to continue.

5. Please select the "Outgoing Server" Tab and than select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication". Make sure "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected. Select the "Advanced" Tab to continue.

6. After you selected the "Advanced" Tab, please set the "Outgoing server (SMTP)" to 587. Click "OK" to continue.

7. Now you should be back at the Internet "E-mail Settings (POP3)" window. Click "Next" to continue.

8. Last screen! Click "Finish" to complete the email setup. If you get an error message while sending or receiving, please check the entries in Step 4 to Step 6.
